Team Business EQ Certification

This certification includes everything in the Business EQ Certification to improve individual performance, as well as giving you the knowledge and skills to improve team performance by using the Team Assessments and our EBW Team Toolkit.

This certification course is a 8-stage process that takes participants an average of 16 weeks to complete (although it can be completed quicker if needed):

1 - Online Learning Modules (Self Study)
  • Complete our online learning modules in Emotional Intelligence and Psychometrics & understand your own Business Emotional Intelligence with your personal EBW Business EQ Report.
2 - Online Live Masterclass
  • Maximise your learning, experience and application of this powerful assessment tool with other professionals at online masterclass facilitated by an EBW Psychologist.
3 - Practical Experience
  • Build practical knowledge, experience and confidence by assessing & providing feedback to others with 3 EBW assessments.
4 - Personal Coaching
  • Gain your certification with personal feedback on improving individual performance with the EBW through a 1-to-1 coaching session.
5 - Online Team Training
  • Develop your subject knowledge on teams and using Business Emotional Intelligence to develop high-performing teams.
6 - Online Live Teams Masterclass
  • Maximise your learning, experience and application of EBWt Team Assessment toolkit with other professionals at online masterclass facilitated by an EBW Psychologist.
7 - Team Toolkit Experience
  • Build practical knowledge, experience and confidence by providing team feedback using the EBWt team assessment.
8 - Team Certification Coaching
  • Gain your certification with personal feedback on using the team toolkit to improve team performance through a 1-to-1 coaching session.
