To promote our products and services, we may rent mailings lists of both email and postal addresses from other reputable organisations. Unless purchased on an annual licence, these lists are quite separate from our own database and are not owned by us. To ensure the EBW System is secure as possible we have partnered with Rackspace and the EBW System is hosted by Rackspace on their secure cloud servers. Rackspace (NYSE: RAX) is a Tier 1 data host provider and is the global leader in hybrid cloud data storage (https://www.rackspace.com/en-gb).
Rackspace data centres are accredited to PCI DSS, ISO27001, and ISAE 3402 Type II standards, ensuring EBW System and applications are secured by the best processes and technologies. Brentfield Consultancy Ltd is PCI DSS compliant and certified by SecurityMetrics.
Brentfield Consultancy Ltd does not transfer European Data outside the European Economic Area.
We make all the necessary efforts to protects the rights of individuals in accordance to GDPR 2016/679 and industry good practice. Brentfield Consultancy Ltd has a team member with special responsibilities for Data Protection, who performs his duties in compliance with Articles 38 and 39 of GDPR 2016/679.
